Quality and Business Improvement Specialist

Our client, a major Saskatchewan-based mining company, has an opening for a quality and business improvement specialist responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the company’s management systems. The successful applicant will:

  • focus on the implementation and maintenance of organization-wide processes related to ISO 9001,
  • develop and maintain an integrated management system to ensure the achievement of corporate and site objectives,
  • coordinate and facilitate cross-functional efforts to develop, document and optimize core business processes, and,
  • lead the continuous improvement of core business processes

The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience in the development, implementation and administration of integrated management systems, an in-depth knowledge of the ISO 9001 certification process, and a post secondary degree or diploma in quality, business, commerce or a related field.
