  • We have extensive experience in the mining (underground and open pit), civil construction and oil & gas service industries.  Our roots include Timmins ON, Red Deer AB, Central and Southern NS,  and, North Eastern BC.
  • Our candidate pool is broad and constantly expanding. Our primary sources are 1) relentless industry networking, 2) continuously increasing 1st level Linkedin contacts,  and, 3) a bank of resumes developed through years of industry involvement.
  • We are well positioned to reach not only active but also passive candidates – mechanics who are not actively searching and therefore not aware of openings posted on major job boards.
  • Through periodic mass emailing, we encourage mechanics across Canada to reach out to us when they are ready to consider new opportunities.
  • We charge employers an industry-low placement fee supported by a solid guarantee.
  • Our fees are “contingency-based” which means that fees are charged only after one of our referred candidates has been hired and is on the client’s payroll.
  • When a client determines that candidates are no longer required, our service can be easily paused temporarily, or, terminated through email or telephone notification.
