About Our Service Program

  • We generally work with those clients who have completed their own job board advertising but have not been able to find the candidates they require.
  • Armed with our broad and constantly expanding pool of mechanics, we are capable of  directly contacting both active and passive candidates who are often unaware of our clients’ openings.
  • Each of the mechanics in our pool receives periodic email reminders or our placement capabilities

The process is simple and effective. 

  • Our client communicates to us the details of their current opening(s).
  • We then identify qualified candidates from our internal system and email them directly to determine interest.
  • We conduct preliminary candidate telephone interviews.
  • We forward to our client the resumes of qualified, interested respondents.

We differ from most recruiting firms  in several ways.

  • Our work is essentially “internal” in that, as a rule, we do not advertise client openings on internet job boards.
  • No fees are involved until our client has hired one of our submitted candidates.
  • We charge one industry-low flat fee for each placement.
  • Our program is ideal for clients who are regularly or intermittently searching for mechanics and therefore require a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
